• Hold a PhD or Master's degree in the required specialization, preferably with equivalency from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

• Possess practical experience certificates in the required specialization.

• Academic certificates (Technical Institute Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, PhD).

• Equivalency certificate, if available.
