The pavilion of Qasioun Private University at the Damascus International Book Fair received another official visit from the Minister of Culture, Mr. Muhammad Yassin Al-Saleh, accompanied by his deputy and the Director of the Damascus International Book Fair, Mr. Saad Naasan, as part of their tour of the participating entities' pavilions.

During the visit, the Minister reviewed the most prominent academic and research publications offered by the university, in addition to the cultural and scientific activities through which it contributes to supporting the cultural movement and enhancing the role of scientific research in serving society. He also listened to a detailed explanation from the pavilion's staff about the academic programs offered by the university and its development plans aimed at keeping pace with scientific advancements and meeting the needs of the labor market.

The Minister of Culture emphasized the important role played by private universities in enriching the national cultural landscape with distinguished scientific and intellectual output. He praised Qasioun University's active participation in the fair and its commitment to providing high-quality academic content that contributes to promoting a culture of reading and research among young people.

The Qasioun Private University pavilion also received a visit from Dr. Wael Habib, Dean of the Faculty of Communications and Information Engineering, who reviewed the university's most prominent scientific and research contributions to the exhibition. Dr. Habib emphasized the importance of engineering faculties and technical disciplines participating in cultural events, given their role in bridging the gap between academia and the community, and in promoting the presence of applied sciences within the cultural landscape. He also commended the organizational efforts and the high-quality content, which reflects the university's advanced academic standing, noting the significance of such participation in showcasing student talent and encouraging their engagement in scientific and cultural activities.
