Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Analytical Chemistry
Practical classes are conducted in this laboratory to introduce students to one of the analytical methods, volumetric calibration.
Here, students can conduct laboratory experiments aimed at determining the concentrations (systemic, molar, g/l, weight percentage, volumetric and weight percentage) of some pharmaceuticals in their aqueous and organic solutions.
The objective of this laboratory is to identify volumetric calibrations based on the acidic or basic properties of pharmaceuticals, as well as methods that rely on their oxidizing or refractive properties through volumetric sedimentation methods.
Laboratory Equipment:
The laboratory is equipped with all the necessary tools such as glass wipes pipes, conical flasks, pipettes of various sizes, bases and cones, as well as a sensitive balance, calibration balloon and electric heaters.
